Tourism Department (PMU) Government of Andhra Pradesh invites quotations for production of films for promotion of the "Kalachakra Initiation Ceremony" to be held at Amaravathi in Guntur District in January, 2006. These films shall be used for telecast through satellite channels, and for distribution at coming National & International Tourism Conferences, work shops etc.

Experienced film production units/Agencies are invited to submit quotations with details of Technical/Financial competency, Film format (35mm, Digi-Beta and Beta cam formats), and detailed budgeting for the following films.

• Comprehensive Theatrical Trailer of not more than 3 minutes for release in India in two languages English & Hindi.

• 60 second Spot for Telecast on satellite Channels (English, Hindi, Telugu, Marathi, Japanese, Mandarin, Thai and Singhalese)

The technical proposal shall contain complete technical details like concept, goal, audience reach, quality of film used locations, languages No. of films, duration etc. The financial proposal shall contain complete details, like Traveling, Shooting expenses, Boarding, Lodging, post production computer graphics, Audio, Script & Voice etc for all languages, Back ground score, cost for the mastering of the Final Audio transfer on the sound negative for a Dolby Digital sound for the Theatre release and the complete final mixes for all the Satellite network films, etc. The quotations shall reach the undersigned not eater than 3.00 PM on 29-09-2005
